We usually dispatch the order within one to two working days of receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by email. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the product and the pin code. For further details, visit the checkout page. Customers usually receive the products within 2 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for international locations or remote locations within India. Please note that all the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.  Delivery:

Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays. We urge all our users/ customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper, before receiving or signing for receipt.

Returns and Refund:

(a) In the event, that the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment. (b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 24 hours of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong-delivered item with a proper picture to our email ID i.e, ccare@rdmcare.com. User request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 2 days of submitting the proof.
